Privacy

This page says what the site collects, where it lives and what it does not do. It is written in plain words and is not legal advice.

What the site collects

Nothing on the free pages requires an account. The free check runs entirely in your browser. The answers you choose are not sent to a server and are not stored. The site does not run a first-party analytics, advertising or session-recording script, and it sets no first-party cookie. Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a security cookie and may load its own web analytics beacon at the edge. That is Cloudflare's service, not a product analytics script. Cloudflare may process the IP address and request metadata needed to serve and protect the site.

What Stripe collects

If you buy the kit or start the watch, Stripe collects the payment details and the email address. The site receives a Stripe session id on the return page and asks Stripe whether the session is paid. The card details never reach this site. Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy terms.

What SendGrid does

The kit email and the watch email are sent through SendGrid. SendGrid receives the address on the Stripe session and the content of the email. Click tracking and open tracking are turned off on these emails. The site does not keep a separate mailing list.

Where the data lives

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. The functions run at the edge and call Stripe and SendGrid. The product does not use a database of its own, so it does not store the buyer's device data, check answers or consent records. The buyer's records stay with the buyer. Cloudflare may process request metadata and set a security cookie to serve and protect the site.

What the site does not do

Your choices

To ask what personal information the site holds about you, to correct it or to ask for deletion, email support@theartofservice.com. A watch subscription can be cancelled from the same address. A kit purchase can be discussed from the same address.

The rule's own privacy limit

This page is about the site. The privacy limit in the instrument is a different subject: regulation 9A.1(4) to (13) governs what the Australian UDI Database may hold about a person. The privacy path sets that out with the clauses.
