Terms
These terms cover the free pages, the kit and the watch. They are short because the product is small. They are not legal advice.
What you are buying
The kit is a one-off digital product: a PDF, a CSV and an XLSX rendered from the record. The watch is a monthly email about changes to the record, the register entry, a date or a cited guidance page. The free pages are free.
What the product is not
It is not legal advice, a legal opinion, a certification, an audit, a conformity assessment or a filing service. It does not decide whether a device is a UDI medical device or whether an event is reportable. The instrument remains the source of law. A classification or reportability decision stays with you and your advisers.
Accuracy and changes
The record is read from the official text at the retrieval date shown on every page. The law can change, and the register already lists a possible future repeal on 2 April 2028. The site dates every update and the watch reports a change with its source. If you find an error, email support@theartofservice.com with the URL and the provision.
Trademarks and copyright
The Art of Service name and the text of this site are the property of The Art of Service. The instrument text is Crown copyright and remains the Commonwealth's. Product names, agency names and defined terms are used for identification only. No licence to reproduce the instrument is granted by this site; read it at the Federal Register.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, the buyer may have a remedy under that law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Payment and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. The kit is charged once. The watch is charged monthly until cancelled. To cancel, email support@theartofservice.com from the address on the subscription. The site does not hold a card.
Refunds
If the kit files do not open, email support@theartofservice.com and the files will be re-sent or the payment refunded. If the watch fails to send for a billing period, the fee for that period will be refunded on request. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be limited by law.
Liability
The product is provided as a planning and evidence aid. To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service is not liable for a decision made in reliance on a page without checking the source. The source link is on every unit page for that reason.
